Preserving the Beauty of Your Piece

To ensure your jewelry maintains its brilliance and structural integrity for years to come, we recommend the following care practices:

Avoid exposure to perfumes, lotions, aerosols, and other harsh chemicals, as they may compromise metal finishes or component integrity.

Remove jewelry before bathing, swimming, or extended contact with water.

Protect your piece from prolonged direct sunlight, which can affect surface treatments or specialty finishes.

When not worn, store your jewelry in its original pouch or box, away from excessive heat, humidity, or light.

Clean gently using a soft microfiber cloth; if needed, lightly dampen the cloth and ensure the piece is thoroughly dry before storage.

Lifetime Care & Repair Guarantee

Each piece is meticulously handcrafted to endure and be cherished. We proudly offer lifetime repairs to support the longevity and integrity of your jewelry.

Repairs Provided with Our Compliments:

Craftsmanship-related concerns such as loose links, faulty clasps, or structural issues.

Reasonable wear from normal use over time.

Repairs Subject to an Additional Service Fee:

Damage caused by improper care, misuse, or accidents (e.g., exposure to harsh chemicals, excessive force, impact damage).

Natural surface oxidation, patina, and cosmetic tarnish.

Replacement of lost stones, pearls, components, or pendants.

Alterations requested after the original purchase (size adjustments, design modifications).

Shipping & Handling for Lifetime Care & Repair

Clients are responsible for shipping costs when sending a piece in for service.

Return shipping will be complimentary for all repairs covered under our Lifetime Guarantee.

For non-covered repairs, shipping will be included in the final service fee.

As every creation is handcrafted and uniquely composed, certain components may not always be available for exact replacement. When necessary, we may recommend suitable substitutions. No changes will be made without your approval: your satisfaction and the integrity of your design remain our priority.
